Check Your Coverage

In order to use Alzheimer's Association Comfort Zone Check-In™, powered by Omnilink, each device (cell phone or dedicated tracking device) must have a monthly Comfort Zone Check-In subscription plan. Because these plans work using the cellular networks available in a specific area, it is very important to check the coverage in your area to ensure the solution will work for the individual you need to monitor.

To check coverage in your area:

1. Go to http://coverage.sprint.com.
2. Enter the address where you want to use the device in the "Map a location" window.
3. Click on the Map It button.
4. Once the location is identified on the map, click on the "Data Coverage - 3G, 4G and more" tab.
5. The areas highlighted in dark and light orange have the coverage needed for the PCD8110 and Sprint phones.
